Watch 360 Ministries

Brave and resilient, Lupe has devoted his life to serving his community through law enforcement and church ministry. After many years he felt a specialized calling to support those he has served along-side. Thus W360M, 501c3 non-profit organization was born!

A Servant leader

First Responder

Beginning his career in law enforcement in 1992, he arduously climbed the ranks of his profession to reach the pinnacle of his career in 2012.   Lupe became the founding Chief of Police of Goose Creek CISD PD. He holds a BAAS in Criminal Justice and is a graduate of FBI LEEDA, Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas, Sam Houston State.  He has experience as Community Programs Coordinator, and Emergency Management Director.  Lupe is also registered as a consultant with the Texas School Safety Center.

Ministry

Lupe has served in various capacities in his local church through the years. In 1998 he founded Casa del Alfarero Church in Baytown, Texas, and served as a bi-vocational Senior Pastor for over 18 years. He utilizes his insight and leadership experience to enrich Kingdom principles.  Lupe has an Associates in Pastoral Ministries and is a Licensed Minister with the Assemblies of God.

Trainer and Speaker

With extensive training in law enforcement & as a public school educator, he brings structured safety training and proactive practices for churches.  Lupe has served as a guest speaker and panel analyst at various law enforcement conferences and serves as a consultant. 


Passionate to see lives transformed, Lupe also preaches from his life's testimony of God's miracles and victories.
