History

From humble beginnings to reaching the pinnacle of his career, Lupe has taken 30 years of experience in pastoral ministry and law enforcement leadership and applied it with spiritual support to many. Training in church safety while declaring "He who watches his ways preserves his life. Proverbs 16:17

Mission

W360M's mission is to empower, equip, and edify according to Ephesians 4:12. After facing challenges and overcoming them in our personal roles as leaders, we understand what solitude and loneliness can feel like. We are committed to providing spiritual and emotional support in order to restore and enable selfless leaders to their full potential. Using our skills from training and ministry, we offer godly prayerful solutions that make a long-lasting impact in the journey of life with the hope to help others build personal resiliency.
